Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the relation between humans and the surrounding elements, also known as human engineering. When designing it is important to know all of your clients measurements. If an office was being designed, the heights of the table and distance from keyboard should be at a proper distance and height to help with posture. If the table is too high or low it can cause strain on your clients back or may even be uncomfortable. Posture has a negative correlation with stress as well. Having everything at the correct placement can reduce, neck aches, bad posture, stress, and sore wrists.
Working at a computer all day at my office job and then at home when I blog has taken a bit of a toll on my posture and core muscles... I've been wanting to try using a sitting ball for those reasons but hated how big of an eyesore they were. However this @vivora_lifestyle ball saved the day because it's actually cute and looks like modern home furniture! The color I have is called "Marble" and can be used for sitting ball and/or exercise ball I LOVE it. Vivora Luno sitting balls are available for purchase on Amazon and you can use code taylorbr for 10% off - highly recommend! | Shop with the Vivora Luno ball with the @liketoknow.it app or at the shop page in my bio! http://liketk.it/2strv #liketkit

Anthropometrics is the measurement and average size while ergonomics pertains to the measurements and use of a design. When the two are combined, a product is created for clients that should be just right. To read more about Anthropometrics, check out my last blog post.
